Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day forty one

Today is a work day for me, I'm still sick, uhhh... =/

I grabbed breakfast on the way here at Mc Donalds because of some nice little Boys Scouts standing outside of Kroger who sold me a coupon booklet for $10! It had a buy one breakfast sandwich get one free!

When I got home I layed down and didn't wake up until my boyfriend came home and told me that I was burning up with fever. I cooled down a little and we went and ate dinner.

Breakfast: Sausage biscuit with egg (two of them, without the biscuit of course)

Lunch: I skipped because I just wasn't feeling up to eating, I know, bad me!!

Dinner: Craving ranchero sauce so I ordered 1 cheese enchilada with ranchero sauce (I ate the outside and inside of the enchilada, not the tortilla), a beef fajita taco (inside) and a shredded chicken taco (inside) with some charro beans and then my boyfriend suggested that I drink some of the broth from his beef soup. I only drank the broth from the charro beans as well, and it was sooooooooooo good!
