Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day forty four

Lunch: Barbque Inn- Beef BBQ salad-Very very good!! Our waitress laughed at us when we ordered salads, this is the kind of bbq joint where veggies aren't on the "sides" menu. lol I was surprised to see Melba Toast in a basket on the table, at just under 7 carbs for a pack, I decided to break up and use as croutons on my salad.

Dinner: I went to Chick Fil A and got a kids meal of 6 grilled nuggets, I didn't really like them. So I went to Taco Cabana and got a personal size small order of beef nacho's, When I order it I always ask them to add lettuce and tomato. So what I do is just eat everything except for the chips, it's still just as delicious! See my before and after picture below!
