I realized that I'm missing a couple of things, shame on me for being lazy and getting the Atkins cliff notes at the beginning, lol.
Starting Monday, I will be adding the following to my every day routine:
Walking 3 miles per day
Daily multivitamin with minerals, including potassium, magnesium and calcium, but without iron
Omega-3s in the form of fish oil or an alternative
