Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day fifty three

Houston has it's first Carl's Jr Burger Joint! So we just had to go try it... I had a the Super Star burger with no bread, (after ordering this I realized that they actually had a "Low Carb Six Dollar Burger") Must try next time!

Lunch- Carl's Jr- Super Star Burger w/cheese no bun

Dinner- Teotihuacan Mexican Cafe- Inside of a Beef fajita torta- This is like a mexican hamburger, I ordered this because it comes with sliced avacados, fajita meat, lettuce, tomato, a tiny bit of refried beans, a tiny bit of sour cream and tomatoes, so delicious.
