Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day forty five

Lunch: We were serving hot dogs today and I just couldn't pass it up. I started out with 2 weenies, a little chilli, probably 2 table spoons, and some mustard. But I ended up getting two more, they were so good.

Dinner: I was craving some eggs so I went to Chacho's and got a bacon and egg taco. I've also been dying to try out the 4 net carb tortillas from Mission Foods. (Bought at Walmart)
