Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day forty

Lunch- Golden Corral- Cheeseburger sliders- I ate the meat & cheese, they were pretty good. I also had a salad with Romaine, cheddar cheese, ranch, cucumbers, boiled eggs, tomatoes and real bacon bits. I love love love boiled eggs so I got a extra bowl of it and bacon bits and a tomato in case I wanted more for my salad.

What do I drink?- I usually drink unsweet tea with 1 sweet and low or water. Jose had been drinking diet pepsi, diet dr. pepper, and other diet drinks because they have no carbs, but I've always loved water and tea even before low carb.

Dinner: Hungry Farmer- Brisket Cobb Salad w/ ranch, I wasn't very hungry and I think it's because I'm sick with a cold. I ate about a 1/4 of this salad and gave the rest to my niece who loves this salad!
