Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day eleven

I really wanted grilled chicken for lunch today from KFC but they RAN OUT!! What kind of KFC runs out of chicken?? Oh well, I opted for taco stand food instead.For dinner I ordered a to-go cobb salad from Chili's, but once I started eating it, I just wasn't in a salad kind of mood. I ate about 1/4 of it, and then my boyfriend said, let's just go get a burger. Without the bun of course, that totally satisfied my appetite! (I also ate it so fast, I forgot to take a picture of it! Whoops!)

Lunch: Inside of 4 taco truck tacos- beef fajita, cilantro, monterrey cheese and avacado slices! YUM!! (approx 4 carbs)
Dinner: 1/4 cobb salad (approx. 4 carbs) &
double whopper with no bun- lettuce, mustard, pickles, meat, bacon and cheese.-4 carbs
Total Approx Carbs: 12
