Why I'm Breaking Up With Carbs...

My low carb journey to weight loss!
I'm addicted to fried foods, and things smothered in chili and cheese! It doesn't help that I'm from TEXAS, home of the Fried everything! I'm 5'5 and my goal is to lose about 75lbs. AND I'm getting married next October and I want to look fabulous in a wedding dress!!
I'm blogging the entire experience here. Now for most, this would be easy, buy some veggies, grill your chicken and beef for the week for lunch, dinner, etc. But here is the thing, I do NOT cook, ever! Which is probably the main reason why I'm where I'm at, I lived off of fast food, and I still do. I eat out every single day of the week, so it's a bit more challenging for me to be on this new low carb diet. Oh yeah, it's not a diet, it's a "lifestyle change". I have the help of my wonderful boyfriend who decided he'd join me on this journey. Hope you enjoy reading my blog! xoxo Gina

Day ninety five

Today is my day off, we were gonna go enjoy a nice lunch together at our favorite restaurant, Teotihuacan, before my boyfriend headed off to work, well, we get there, and as I am straightening into the parking spot, this car swings in behind me and my truck smashes his drivers side door & window in... If that wasn't bad enough, apparently he's related to an employee, and owner or something like that... Needless to say, we did not eat there today, and now I feel like I can never go back. Luckily there are two locations, the other being about 15 minutes further... I'll probably go to that one from now on... =/

No gym today, too much stuff happening...

Lunch- Wings N More- Grilled chicken caesar salad (not pictured)

Dinner- Guadalajara- Grilled chicken breast w/salad (Celebration dinner for my Aunt Patti who graduated today!)
