We went to Luby's for lunch and my boyfriend kept telling me that that I needed some bread in my system, we are both doing low carb so he knows bread is a big no-no! But I did give in... a little bit.
I got myself together and hit the gym in the evening, that made me feel a little bit better.- 3 miles and a little bit of arm workouts.
Lunch- Luby's- Salad w/ranch, chopped steak, green beans & a tiny bit of a wheat roll, yes, I gave in.
Dinner- Taco Nazo- Inside of 2 beef fajita tacos w/cilantro and monterrey cheese
